ATTENTION Mirage Alumni
With hopes to connect with our former players, we ask that our alumni take a few minutes to fill out this alumni questionnaire!
After graduation, we all go our separate ways and although we no longer see each other on a daily basis, we still have a program that once brought us together! Our Mirage Blue Line Club and coaching staff are determined to find ways to connect us back together through an Alumni Network!
We look forward to hearing from you all and cannot wait to reconnect! Please share this link with any Mirage Alumni you know and encourage them to fill it out!
In addition, we are collecting past photos to create an album and to use throughout our rinks! Please pass any photos with as much description as possible along to our alumni email: miragealumni@gmail.com
We also ask you to provide feedback on your availability for our alumni game day options! As long as the COVID-19 protocols allow, we will be hosting an alumni game again this year and will finalize a day once we gage our alumni availability!
